Labor enclaves
It is the contracting of services, in the company itself, to a Special Employmen Working Center for the development of a productive activity. The Labor Enclave is a formula of commercial relationship between ordinary market and Special Employment Working Center. It is an instrument for job creation for people with disabilities and their possible incorporation into the ordinary market.
It is an alternative measure offered to companies with more than 50 employees for the law LISMI compliance under their obligation to reserve 2% of workers with disabilities.
